Kynzera provides AI-generated workout plans, meal plans, guided meditation, sleep tracking, and wellness coaching. Free and Premium subscription tiers apply, as described in-app.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with their respective terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, via your device's subscription settings. A 7-day free trial applies to first-time subscribers on eligible plans. Refunds are handled per Apple's / Google's standard refund policies — Kynzera does not directly process or issue refunds for app store purchases.
You agree not to: abuse the AI features to generate harmful content, attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting, reverse-engineer the app, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Kynzera's content is AI-generated general wellness guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.
Premium/Pro "unlimited" usage is subject to fair-use limits designed to prevent automated abuse and keep the service fast for everyone (currently far above what any individual user reaches in normal use). We may adjust these limits and will act only against automated or abusive traffic, never normal personal use.
Kynzera is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
