Kynzera ("we", "us", "our") is operated as a sole trader business in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what information Kynzera collects, how it's used, and your rights regarding it.

What We Collect

Account information: name and email address if you create an account (guest mode collects none of this — it stays entirely on your device).

Health and wellness data you choose to enter: workout goals, fitness level, dietary preferences, mood logs, sleep entries, and messages you send to the AI Wellness Coach.

Usage data: which features you use, to improve the app and enforce fair usage limits.

How We Use It

To generate your personalised AI workout plans, meal plans, and coaching responses
To track your streaks, badges, and progress inside the app
To enforce free-tier usage limits and prevent abuse
We never use your health data for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not sell your data to advertisers, and we do not use your health data to train third-party AI models beyond generating your immediate request

Where It's Stored

App data is stored locally on your device (AsyncStorage). AI requests (workout plans, meal plans, coach messages) are processed through our secure server and Google's Gemini API, which does not retain your conversation history beyond generating the response.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account information and clears all app data from your device. Under Australia's Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold. Contact us at hello@kynzera.com for any privacy request.

Third-Party Services

Kynzera uses: Google Gemini (AI processing), Vercel (server hosting), RevenueCat and Apple/Google (subscription billing). Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.

Children's Privacy

Kynzera is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app.

Medical Disclaimer

Kynzera provides general wellness, fitness, and nutrition guidance generated by AI. This is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.

International Users

Kynzera is operated from Australia and available globally. Data is processed on infrastructure operated by our service providers (Vercel, Google), which may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Wherever you are located, we honour requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information — contact hello@kynzera.com and we will action your request regardless of your jurisdiction.
